As a result of ongoing investment in research and development, edding are now successfully incorporating post-consumer plastics into our EcoLine products. This post-consumer plastic waste, such as used yoghurt pots, watering cans or even discarded buckets, now accounts for 83% of the plastic used to produce our EcoLine permanent, whiteboard and flipchart markers – and when the total amount of recycled material is calculated, this figure increases to at least 90%.
The result of all this means that, our Ecoline range is aiming to be greener than green. And for the sake of our environment, the sustainable use of post-consumer material, helps to save up to 83 tonnes in CO2 emissions every year – which equates to the emissions produced by a car driving around the world ten times!

The range finally includes the edding 24 EcoLine highlighter, where at least 90% of the cap and barrel are made from renewable resources.
