Our eco-product range

A product is considered Easy on the Planet if it has one or more of the following certifications:

• Must contain at least 30% post-consumer recycled content

Paper, Notebooks, Writing Pads, Calendars, Labels, Printing and Forms: 

• Must contain at least 30% post-consumer recycled content and paper bleaching is processed chlorine free (PCF), totally chlorine free (TCF) or elemental chlorine free (ECF)

Filing and Storage: 

• Paper: Must contain at least 30% post-consumer recycled content 
• Non-Paper: Must contain at least 20% post-consumer recycled content or 40% total recycled content 
• Non-Paper: Plastic free and made from a renewable material

Desk Accessories, Conference and Presentation Products:

• Paper: Must contain at least 30% post-consumer recycled content
• Non-Paper: Must contain at least 20% postconsumer recycled content or 40% total recycled content

Writing Instruments and Drafting Supplies: 

• Pens: Must contain at least 50% recycled content and must be refillable and does not contain any Substances of Very High Concern (REACH Candidate list)
• Pencils: Must contain at least 50% recycled content and must be refillable and does not contain any Substances of Very High Concern (REACH Candidate list)
• Markers and Highlighters: Must be refillable and does not contain any Substances of Very High Concern (REACH Candidate list)
• Lead Refills, Correction Products and Drafting Supplies: Must contain at least 50% recycled content

Office Essentials and Post room Supplies: 

• Adhesives, Scissors, Staplers, Punches and Office Clips: Must contain at least 20% post-consumer content or contain 40% total recycled content 
• Envelopes: Must contain at least 20% post-consumer content 
• Shipping, Packaging Supplies and Void Filling: Must contain at least 30% post-consumer content 
• Shipping and Packaging Supplies and Void Filling: Be plastic free and / or from a renewable material

Technology Products: 

• Business Machines: Must be remanufactured or solar powered 
• Batteries: Must be rechargeable 
• Batteries: Must contain minimum 4% post-consumer recycled content
• Computer Accessories: Must contain at least 50% post-consumer recycled content 

Ink, Toner and Ribbons:

• Must be remanufactured or contain at least 50% post-consumer recycled content

Breakroom 

• Hand paper towels at least 40% post-consumer recycled content and processed chlorine-free (PCF)
• Disposables must be plastic free, from a renewable material and / or biodegradable and / or compostable
• Others: must contain at least 30% post-consumer recycled content
• Packaging is recyclable and made from renewable materials 

Facilities

• Toilet tissue at least 40% post-consumer recycled content and processed chlorine-free (PCF)
• Hygiene and Cleaning products must be phosphate free and 100% biodegradable ingredients
• Bags, Containers, Waste Bags: must contain at least 90% total recycled material or at least 75% bio-based raw material 
• Other articles: Must contain at least 50% of post-consumer recycled content and plastic free, regardless of type of plastic

Business Cases and Accessories:

• Must contain at least 20% post-consumer recycled content or 40% total recycled content

Business Interiors:

• Chairs and Chair Mats: Must contain at least 30% post-consumer recycled content
• Other: Must contain at least 50% post-consumer recycled content

Textile Products and Work wear:

• Product certified to any of the third party textile certifications above
• Polyester: At least 50% recycled material according to the GRS standard or RCS 100
• Cotton: At least 50% BCI
