• Contains at least 30% post-consumer recycled content

Notebooks, Writing Pads and Calendars:

• Cardboard covers consist of at least 50% post-consumer recycled content
• Plastic cover consists of Polypropylene and at least 50% post-consumer recycled content
• Does not contain animal skin in any part of the product
• The paper (pages and cover) comes from Forest Stewardship Council or Programme (FSC) for Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes (PEFC) certified forests or consist of at least 30% post-consumer recycled content and paper contents are recyclable (including type of ink)

Labels, Printing and Forms:

• Contains at least 30% post-consumer recycled content and the bleaching process is chlorine-free (PCF), completely chlorine-free (TCF) or free of chlorine gas (ECF) and has glue made of bio-based substances

Filing and Storage:

• Paper: Contains at least 40% post-consumer recycled content. If the paper product contains other materials the below is also applicable
• Other material: Contains at least 40% post-consumer recycled content or is fossil fuel plastic free and made from a bio-based material

Desk Accessories, Conference and Presentation Products:

• Paper: Contains at least 30% post-consumer recycled content
• Non-Paper: Contains at least 20% post-consumer recycled content or 40% total recycled content
• Lanyards: 100% post-consumer recycled content excluding metal material or 100% bio-based material excluding metal material

Writing Instruments and Drafting Supplies:

• Pens: Contains at least 50% post-consumer recycled content or bio-based material of at least 40%. The pens are refillable
• Pencils: Contains at least 50% post-consumer recycled content and are, if applicable, refillable
• Markers and highlighters: Contains at least 50% post-consumer recycled content and are refillable
• Correction Products and Drafting Supplies: Contains at least 50% post-consumer recycled content

Other Office Essentials and Post Room Supplies:

• Tape dispenser, scissors, staplers, hole punches and office clips: Contains at least 40% post-consumer recycled content or made out of at least 40% bio-based material
• Adhesive/Glue: Contains over 90% of bio-based material and contains no solvents
• Envelopes (non padded): Contains at least 20% post-consumer recycled content
• Shipping, packaging supplies and void filling: Contains at least 30% post-consumer recycled content and are fossil fuel plastic free and/or made out of bio-based material

Technology Products:

• Business machines: Are remanufactured, second hand or solar powered
• Batteries: Are rechargeable and made out of at least 4% of post-consumer recycled material
• Computer accessories: Contains at least 50% post-consumer recycled content or are biodegradable in accordance to DIN EN 13432

Ink, Toner and Ribbons:

• Are remanufactured or contains at least 50% post-consumer recycled content

Lunch and Breakroom:

• Hand paper towels: Contains at least 40% post-consumer recycled content and processed chlorine-free (PCF)
• Disposables and associated packaging: Are fossil fuel plastic free, made out of bio-based materials and / or compostable in accordance to DIN EN 13432
• Lunch boxes/bags and reusable lunch items: Are made out of 100% bio-based material
• Food and freezer bags: Contains at least 75% bio-based material 
• Reusable bottles excluding lid: Contains 100% post-consumer recycled material or 100% bio-based material
• Others: Contains at least 30% post-consumer recycled content

Facilities:

• Toilet tissue: Contains at least 40% post-consumer recycled content and processed chlorine-free (PCF)
• Hygiene and cleaning products: Are phosphate free and 100% biodegradable ingredients in accordance to DIN EN 13432
• Bags, containers, waste bags: Contains at least 90% post-consumer recycled content or at least 75% bio-based material
• Other articles: Contains at least 50% of post-consumer recycled content and are plastic free, regardless of type of plastic

Business Cases and Accessories:

• Contains at least 40% post-consumer recycled content

Reusable Carrying Bags

• Cotton: At least 50% Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) or at least 50% recycled material according to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS Standard) or Recycled Claim Standard 100 (RCS 100)
• Other material: Contains at least 95% total recycled material or at least 75% bio-based material

Business Interiors and Furniture:

• Chairs and tables: Contains at least 30% post-consumer recycled content or are remanufactured or second hand
• Chair and standing desk mats: Contains at least 50% post-consumer recycled content or are remanufactured or second hand
• Other: Must contain at least 50% post-consumer recycled content or are remanufactured or second hand

Textile Products, Profile and Work Wear:

• Polyester: At least 50% post-consumer recycled material according to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) or Recycled Claim Standard 100 (RCS 100)
• Cotton: At least 50% Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) or at least 50% recycled material

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

• Disposables are biodegradable in accordance to DIN EN 13432 or contains at least 85% bio-based material

Outdoor Products:

• Umbrella: Textile parts 100% post-consumer recycled content
• Ponchos: Biodegradable in accordance to DIN EN 13432
